Sally teaches many of the courses within the Health & Human Performance Department. She teaches classes for the Athletic Training and Exercise Science degrees. She also teaches general education classes that focus on the topics of health and wellness, and community health.
Sally has been active in the industry for over three decades working in a variety of settings. Her philosophy of teaching is to motivate and inspire learners with enthusiasm and knowledge. She enjoys creating interactive learning experiences to encourage students to strive for better understanding. She works hard to assist each of her students to become competent in their fields of choice and confident in their abilities. She enjoys the field of health and wellness because of the impact it has on our daily lives. She has seen this first-hand working in hospitals, clinics and in health club settings. Sally is extremely excited about teaching in the health and human performance field and being able to positively impact students’ lives and careers.
