We are committed to providing exceptional customer service as we assist students, their families, our staff, and external organizations meet their financial obligations to the Northern Wyoming Community College District (NWCCD). We strive to provide accurate billing, flexible payment plans, and timely responses to you.
Important Dates
Any student with an account balance that is not covered by financial aid or a payment plan is subject to the late fee schedule below and will have a hold placed on their account that prevents future registration for classes or receiving official transcripts.
>>Fall 2020
September 30, 2020 – Late fee $150.
October 31, 2020 – Late fee $100.
November 30, 2020 – Late fee $50.
>>Spring 2021
February 28, 2021 – Late fee $150.
March 31, 2021 – Late fee $100.
April 30, 2021 – Late fee $50.

Set Up A Payment Plan
NWCCD partners with Nelnet Campus Commerce to offer students a payment plan to break down your balance into affordable monthly payments. There is no interest, flexible payment options, affordable setup fees, and easy to enroll!
Other Payment Options
– Mail in a personal check, cashier’s check or money order to the listed address.
– Pay in person with cash, check, debit/credit card or money order. Please Note: A non-refundable 2.75% processing fee is assessed to all debit/credit card payments.
Direct Deposit
Sign up for direct deposit to receive your financial aid refund faster and avoid mail delivery delays.
Payment by Parents & Others
Students may authorize someone else to view/pay their tuition. A student may set up multiple authorized users and remove users at any time.
1098-T Tax Form
Give consent to view, download or print your 1098-T electronically.
Tuition & Fee Refund Schedule
A portion of tuition and fees will be refunded to any student who officially withdraws from credit classes, as follows:

70% | Within 14 days | Within 8 days | Within 12.5% of length of class |
40% | Within 21 days | Within 11 days | Within 18.75% of length of class |
0% | After 21 days | After 11 days | After 18.75% of length of class |
Usage fees are not refundable after the first seven days. NO refunds will be made to students who do not officially drop or withdraw from classes, or whose misconduct has resulted in suspension or dismissal from the College. Students with unpaid balances at the end of the semester may be sent to a collections agency.
