Whitney Days 2023
Edward A. Whitney dedicated his life and legacy to supporting higher education in Sheridan County. Whitney Days at Sheridan College will run Monday, Sept. 25 though Sunday, Oct. 1 and feature events aimed at educating students, staff and the Sheridan community about Whitney’s positive impact on education and celebrate his legacy.
“We take this time each September to learn about the man whose incredible generosity and vision has made so much possible here at Sheridan College,” said President Dr. Walt Tribley. “The days include a combination of informative, educational and fun events.”
Sheridan College students have and will always benefit from Whitney’s vision and generosity. Whitney Benefits, Inc., the foundation built from Whitney’s estate, has been instrumental in the success of Sheridan College.
