Music on the Mall at Sheridan College
Sheridan College is thrilled to announce an exciting new tradition to kick off Rodeo week—our inaugural Music on the Mall, Sunday, July 6 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. It’s FREE.
Featuring an incredible musical lineup with east coast rockers Yarn headlining the event. Preceding them will be Sheridan’s own The Two Tracks, as well as rising bluegrass stars out of Colorado The Fretliners, and Utah based folk singer Branson Anderson to start things off. There will be arts and crafts vendors, food trucks, and local brews, and you’re encouraged to bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and enjoy the day.
Go to the Music on the Mall webpage for more info.
The music starts off with the contemporary folk songs and fingerstyle guitar picking of Utah’s Branson Anderson, followed by the award-winning bluegrass sounds of The Fretliners, out of Colorado. Next, Sheridan favorites The Two Tracks take the stage, with their signature blend of folk rock and Americana. The evening culminates with a headlining performance by Yarn, acclaimed East Coast Americana rockers, bringing solid grooves and inspiring jams to close out the night.
In addition to the music, there will be over a dozen local arts and crafts vendors, three delicious food trucks, and refreshing beverages including craft beers from Black Tooth Brewing Co.
Please, no pets, no outside food or beverages, thank you.
