Records Office

The Records Office is committed to the core values of the College District — Respect, Integrity, Excellence, and Learning – and supports the mission of Sheridan College by serving the needs of students as they pursue their educational goals. The Records Office also provides course management support for faculty and administration and maintains the integrity of college records, while complying with college policies and state and federal regulations.

These services are completed according to institutional policies and standards, as well as state and federal laws and regulations.


Transcript Ordering Services

To better serve our current and former students, Sheridan College now offers transcript services via the National Student Clearinghouse.  Transcripts are no longer available in the records office.

To request your transcript, you will need:

  • Major credit card or debit card (Cost is $5 for electronic transcripts and $10 for printed transcripts up to 3 per address)
  • Email account
  • Cell phone number, if you would like tracking updates

In making your request, you may choose to have your transcript in paper form and mailed via the USPS or sent electronically.  We encourage you to send your transcripts electronically for quick delivery.  An email address for the receiver is required.  Both forms of delivery are secure.

Access the National Student Clearinghouse at http:/studentclearinghouse.org

  • Click the Order-Track-Verify button and select Order or Track a Transcript.
  • Select Northern Wyoming Community College District from the drop-down menu and follow the instructions on the screen.

Sheridan College Commencement

Sheridan College will hold an in-person commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 1:00PM in the Bruce Hoffman Golden Dome. Admission is free and no tickets are required.  The ceremony will also be live-streamed. The live-stream will be available for viewing on campus in our Whitney Center for the Arts, Kinnison Hall.
