Northern Wyoming Community College District students excel at Wyoming SkillsUSA competition

The Colleges of the Northern Wyoming Community College District, which include Sheridan and Gillette Colleges, performed well at the Wyoming SkillsUSA competitions over the past two weeks. Gillette College was awarded High Point Chapter honors for total medal count.  Seventeen students across the district competed in the state competition and received 13 total medals after the results were tallied at the final competition in Casper.

All students and teams who won gold medals at the state level will go on to compete at the National Leadership and Skills Conference that will be held virtually this June.
