This is an introductory course in Revit Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. In this course students will learn the Revit (BIM) software program while drawing sample floor plans, elevations, and sections using standard drawing conventions for technical drafting. Students will use the Revit (BIM) to generate perspective views, annotate drawings, and create views.

This course is designed to provide the student with the knowledge and skills needed to break down a carcass safely and proficiently into retail cuts while preventing contamination.
