This course of study will provide insight into when a set of work activities becomes a project and how to drive successful project implementation.

The Project Management Certificate prepares professionals that can navigate the ever-changing landscape of project management successfully. This course of study will provide insight into when a set of work activities becomes a project and how to drive successful project implementation.
