They bring structure, planning, and communication to projects to ensure that goals are defined, resources are allocated efficiently, and timelines are maintained.
This course of study will provide insight into when a set of work activities becomes a project and how to drive successful project implementation.

The Project Management Certificate prepares professionals that can navigate the ever-changing landscape of project management successfully. This course of study will provide insight into when a set of work activities becomes a project and how to drive successful project implementation.
