    The Mandt System® – De-Escalation Training

    2 Day Course, 2/20/26 – 2/21/26
    Friday 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. / Saturday 8:30am – 5:00pm

    Cost: $161 (WY resident)

    This course provides students with the Relational and Technical (R/T) Skills Training of The Mandt System®. Mandt is a relationally-based, trauma‑informed approach to preventing, de-escalating, and safely responding to behavioral crises. The course is divided into four sections. Students begin by learning how to create strong interpersonal relationships; later sections introduce students to best practice principles for protecting themselves during a crisis situation. Additionally, students train in technical holds. At the completion of this course, students will earn a certificate for The Mandt System® R/T.
