Are there student employment opportunities on campus?
Yes! Sheridan College offers a range of on-campus jobs with flexible hours that work around class schedules. These positions give students the chance to build experience and get more involved in campus life.

Where can I find the class add/drop periods?
Class add/drop dates are posted on the HUB at least one semester in advance. If your student needs help adding or dropping a class, they can connect with an Enrollment Specialist (Enrollment@sheridan.edu) for personalized assistance.

Who has access to the HUB?
Only students, faculty and staff have access to the HUB.
How does my student get an ID card?
Student ID cards are issued through Campus Life and Housing for all non-dual/concurrent students. Please have your student contact them by calling 307-675-0510 or emailing screslife@sheridan.edu.
High school dual and concurrent enrollment students can request their ID by reaching out to our Dual & Concurrent Enrollment team. Contact Chelsey at cjones@sheridan.edu.
Where should transcripts be sent?
All transcripts should be emailed directly to enrollment@sheridan.edu
