The Sheridan College Business Office is committed to providing exceptional customer service as we assist Northern Wyoming Community College District students, their families, our staff, and external organizations meet their financial obligations. We strive to provide accurate billing, flexible payment plans, and timely responses to you.

Important Dates

Any student with an account balance that is not covered by financial aid or a payment plan is subject to the late fee schedule below and will have a hold placed on their account that prevents future registration for classes and may block the ability to receive official transcripts.

Fall Semester

September 30 – Late Fee $150
November 30 – Late Fee $150

Spring Semester

February 28 – Late Fee $150
April 30 – Late Fee $150

Tuition & Fee Refund Schedule

A portion of tuition and fees will be refunded to any student who officially withdraws from credit classes, as follows:

100% Refund

Within 7 Days / 16 Week Class

Within 4 Days / 8 Week Class

Within 6.25% of length for All Other Classes

70% Refund

Within 14 Days / 16 Week Class

Within 8 Days / 8 Week Class

Within 12.5% of length for All Other Classes

40% Refund

Within 21 Days / 16 Week Class

Within 11 Days / 8 Week Class

Within 18.75% of length for All Other Classes

0% Refund

After 21 Days / 16 Week Class

After 11 Days / 8 Week Class

After 18.75% of length for All Other Classes

Usage fees are not refundable after the first seven days. NO refunds will be made to students who do not officially drop or withdraw from classes, or whose misconduct has resulted in suspension or dismissal from the College. Students with unpaid balances at the end of the semester may be sent to a collection’s agency.
