Writing Center
- Free 30-60 minute sessions for any writer at any stage of the writing process
- In-person, ZOOM, and delayed response (email) appointments available.
- Writing consultants are there to help with:
- the research process
- using databases
- APA or MLA formatting
- expanding ideas or making writing more concise
Tutoring
- Free 30-60 minute individual or group sessions are available for many classes. Sessions can be made on a one-time or recurring basis.
- In-person and ZOOM appointments available.
- Need a tutor for a class that isn’t listed on the schedule? Complete a tutor request form in the library.
Testing Services
- Sheridan College Testing Center, located in GMB, offers testing services for students that miss class on a test day, online students that prefer to test in person, or to those with accommodations. Please communicate with your instructor prior to booking a test.
- We also offer a variety of professional and community test proctoring. Please visit the testing site for more information.
