Gillette College Outdoor Activities
Crossroad of the West
Located in northeastern Wyoming, Gillette College is uniquely positioned as both a gateway to the far west and a hub for local adventure. The College is less than an hour’s drive from scenic hikes and climbing opportunities like Devil’s Tower National Monument; picturesque camping locales like Thunder Basin National Grassland; and fishing/boating areas such as Keyhole Reservoir. It is also approximately two hours away from the Black Hills and Mount Rushmore to the east and the Bighorn Mountains to the West.

Gillette College Outdoor Life
The scenery itself is certainly beautiful, but it is meant to be enjoyed – and Gillette College has you covered. Students can check out equipment for camping, fishing, hiking, and more. Opportunities to travel to area recreations sites are common. Call 307-681-6500 for more details.
