Tim is a native of Chicago, Illinois and a Culinary Institute of America graduate. He has over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry almost 10 years as an instructor. His love of the industry has led him to work in such locations as New York, Arizona, Alaska, Illinois, Wyoming, North Carolina, Bahamas, and Mexico. Tim loves teaching, enjoys Sheridan College, and continually encourages students to find the area of this industry that makes them happy.
