Born in Casper and raised in Sheridan, Aaron has always appreciated the vitality of the Sheridan theatrical scene. He performed in several productions at Sheridan High School and then attended Casper College, earning his associate degree in Theatre Performance in 2000. Aaron continued his studies at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, earning his bachelor’s degree in Theatre (emphasis in acting) in 2002. Since then, he has worked in both Los Angeles and Seattle working with various professional groups. Aaron earned his master’s degree in Theater from Missouri State University in 2015.
Aaron returned to Sheridan in 2008 to raise his family. He immediately resumed working on the Sheridan High School stage as drama club sponsor and directed each year’s fall play. Aaron also served on the WYO Theater Programming Committee in 2009 and on the Civic Theatre Guild board from 2009-2011.
Aaron has also appeared onstage several times since returning home to Sheridan. Most recently, he appeared as a company member in “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) [Revised],” which he also directed for his theatre company, Trident Theatre. Aaron has also performed many times with his improvisational comedy troupes, and as a teacher and advisor for the Sheridan College Improv Club. He has directed “Dancing at Lughnasa” and the hilarious “Nunsense” for the Sheridan College Theatre & Dance Department.
