2013 Intramural Logo

Intramurals are activities for students to participate in and have fun after an exhausting day of attending classes and meetings. Intramurals also create a space for students to social with one another and make lasting relationships.

Intramurals provide students with a great opportunity to stay fit because they are exercising regularly. Students can participate in Intramural Sports three to four times a week for 40-50 minutes and meet recommended exercise intake levels.

Every Sheridan College student is allowed to participate in Intramural Sports. A student must be enrolled in at least six credit hours per semester to be involved.

Be on the look out for more Intramural information at various points throughout the school year. If you have any questions regarding Intramural Sports please contact the Department of Campus Life, at (307) 674-6446 ext. 2300.
