Sports and Recreation offers activities for students to help them relax and have fun after a long day of classes and studying. Sports and Recreation programs also create a space for students to socialize with one another and make lasting relationships.
Sports and Recreation provide students with a great opportunity to stay fit because they are exercising regularly. There are a variety of programs and participation levels available so that all students feel welcome. Students can participate in activities three to four times a week for 40-50 minutes and meet recommended exercise intake levels.
All participants must be enrolled in 6 credit hours, maintain a 2.0 GPA and show their valid Student ID in order to participate.
