Additional Dental Hygiene Program Requirements:

• Program Prerequisites Completed
• TB Test (annually)
• Background Check
• CPR Certification – (Health Care Professional Level)
• Immunizations: (before the first day of classes)
  • Tetanus
  • Measles
  • Mumps
  • Hepatitis B – Hepatitis B series takes 6 months to complete
  • Rubella
  • Diphtheria
  • Varicella
