Welcome to the MyNWCCD login page. MyNWCCD is the name of our portal, or intranet, for the Northern Wyoming Community College District. It is a web-based collection of pages allowing all NWCCD students and employees access to information and applications in a user-friendly, single-sign-on way.

MyNWCCD is your single resource for accessing the following:

  • WebAdvisor

  • News, Announcements and so much more!

Need help activating your account?

Step-by-Step Instructions.

  1. Navigate to the Account Services page and activate your account. Remember that passwords are case sensitive and make sure your password meets the requirements
    * It does NOT contain any part of your first or last name
    * At least 6 characters longthree four* It contains 3 out of the 4 categories (Numbers, Lower case letters, Upper case letters, Special characters such as dollar sign “$” Percentage “%” but NOT dot “.” or at “@” sign)
  2. Within 30 minutes your password at NWCCD will synchronize with Live@Edu
  3. Login to Live@Edu (@sheridan.edu) {Example: joesmith@sheridan.edu
  4. Ensure that all of the information you have entered is correct, and Caps Lock is not on
  5. If you still have issue accessing your email account after 30 minutes
