*There is a $125 deposit required with the application. Deposits are refundable upon vacating if no damages are done. A $25 non-refundable activity fee is assessed after room assignments are made and the student checks into their room. Deposits can be paid by cash, money order, check (made out to Gillette College), or credit card (in person or by phone by calling ext. 1442).
Deposit Refund Information:
- July 1 – Last day to cancel housing reservation and receive a 100% deposit refund
- July 15 – Last day to cancel housing reservation and receive a 50% deposit refund
- August 1 – Last day to cancel housing reservation and receive a 25% deposit refund, after this date no deposit refunds will be issued

Single—$1900.00 per semester
Double—$1475.00 per semester

Meal Plan A — 110 meals per semester, $450.00 meal dollars —-$1,335.00 per semester
Meal Plan B — 100 meals per semester, $500 meal dollars —- $1,335 per semester
Meal Plan C — 90 meals per semester, $550 meal dollars —- $1,335 per semester
Meal Plan D — 80 meals per semester, $600 meal dollars —- $1,335 per semester
Meal Plan E — 110 meals per semester, $650 meal dollars —- $1515 per semesters
