Apply for Housing at GC

Fall 2015/Spring 2016 Housing Application s are NOW AVAILABLE!

To apply for on-campus housing, log into MyNWCCD and go to “Campus Life” and under “Housing” there is the “GCHousingApplication”. This is filled out online and submitted electronically to the Campus Life and Housing Office.

Please fill out the appropriate application completely and be sure to read through all of the included materials. Any questions can be directed to the GC Campus Life & Housing Office at 307-686-0254 ext. 2351.

*Students who reside on campus are required to show proof of immunity from measles before room assignments are made.Vaccinations will be required of anyone unable to prove immunity.

*Students residing in College residence halls are required to purchase a board plan.

*Students living in the residence halls are required to pay a housing deposit of $125.00.This deposit reserves a room and also serves as a damage deposit which is refundable if the contract is fulfilled. The College will deduct from the deposit any necessary cleaning or other charges for damage to, or loss of, College property for which the student is responsible. The student is also responsible for damage that exceeds the amount of the deposit. Deposits for rooms reserved but unoccupied will be forfeited if notice of cancellation is not received by the dates advertised in the confirmation letter.
