Industry Safety Training Center to host course in Buffalo

Gillette College’s Industry Safety Training Center will host its one-day Spring Thaw safety course in Buffalo on Thursday, April 16.

Gillette College’s Industry Safety Training Center has been awarded a grant from the state of Wyoming’s Department of Workforce Services to cover tuition costs for unemployed or recently employed individuals seeking training to work in the oil and gas industry.

Black Hills Corporation has donated $15,000 and BNSF Railway has donated $25,000, respectively, to the Gillette College Foundation. Both donations will be matched as a result of an incentive program provided by the Campbell County Commissioners.
