The SkillsUSA Championships took place June 24-25, as part of the SkillsUSA 51st annual National Leadership and Skills Conference, a showcase of career and technical education students.

Nikki Smiley, Health and Human Performance instructor for the Northern Wyoming Community College District, has been selected as the 2015 NWCCD Master Distance Educator of the Year, college officials announced recently.


Graduation ceremony set for May 15

Gillette College’s 25th annual Commencement Ceremony will begin at 7 p.m. at the Cam-Plex Spirit Hall on Friday, May 15. Approximately 300 degrees and certificates were earned by Gillette College students during 2014-15.
