STUDENT EXPECTATIONS

Academic Integrity.  We don’t lie, cheat or steal. We do our own work and give credit when we use some one else’s work.

Classes.  Attend every scheduled class. It’s money you earned, but the government expects you to attend if you want to get paid.

Assignments.  Complete and turn-in all assignments on time. Otherwise, you may not pass.

Advising.  Meet with your advisor every semester and update/follow your educational plan.

Dropped Classes.  Officially drop a class by going to the Records Office and withdrawing. This will avoid ’Fs’ on your transcript.

Veteran Services Office
– Request VA certification each semester when you register.
– Notify us of schedule adds/drops at any time during the semester. This will avoid VA overpayments.
– Keep us informed of schedule changes, degree/program changes, and any situations that may affect your benefit status or ability to complete the semester/graduate.

Monthly Verification.  Veterans using Chapters 30, 1606, or 1607 use WAVE or call 1-877-823-2378 on the last 2 days of the month to verify their enrollment.

Bills.  Monitor your VA payments and school bill to ensure you meet your financial obligations.
