All SSS participants are assigned an SSS program  professional mentor who is personally invested in the retention and success of program students. Along with having a program mentor always available; students have the opportunity to participant in educational events that are designed to increase the students sense of belonging and personal growth. These events consist of the follow but are not limited to:

  • Cultural enrichment activities
  • Community service opportunities
  • Workshops
  • Social involvement events

Services provided to the students are tailored specifically to the individual and group needs. Students also have the ability to request activities, events, and services that they may want.

All Services available are provided FREE to program participants. The SSS program is here to help its participants stay and succeed in college. However, it is up to the student to take advantage of the services available to them.
