Important note for existing students
Due to technical requirements existing students will also need to reset your password before you can access your Live@Edu accounts. Even if you have already activated your e-Services account you must go through the steps outlined below.
How to activate your student account on Live@Edu
Step-by-Step Instructions.
- Navigate to the Account Activation page
- Within 30 minutes your password at NWCCD will synchronize with Live@Edu
- Login to Live@Edu (@sheridan.edu) {Example: joesmith@sheridan.edu}
- Enter your Social Security Number, Last Name and enter a password in the boxes provided. Remember that passwords are case sensitive and make sure your password meets the requirements: * It does NOT contain any part of your first or last name* At least 6 characters longthree four* It contains 3 out of the 4 categories (Numbers, Lower case letters, Upper case letters, Special characters such as dollar sign “$” Percentage “%” but NOT dot “.” or at “@” sign)
- Ensure that all of the information you have entered is correct, and Caps Lock
- You will be presented with a screen that says congratulations and displays your username and password
- If you receive the following message:
Ensure that all of the information you have entered is correct, and Caps Lock is not on. If this still does not correct the issue contact the helpdesk at extension 2600 or (307) 674-3300
