Please fill out the form below to request Colleague access for your employee. Please keep in mind we will need to know as much about the processes and types of data that this person will need access to in order to assign their access appropriately. Once this form is submitted it is forwarded to the Director of ITS as well as the registrar, financial aid director, admissions & advising director, human resources director and controller for approval.
