How can a student request that their information be withheld?
- - Students have an opportunity to make a directory preference designation on paper registration forms or may do so at any time by contacting the Records Office on campus.
Request to Prevent Disclosure of Directory Information
- - The directory flag is set within the SPRO screen of Colleague. We cannot be responsible for any information released prior to the notification to the Record’s Office by the student.
- - The directory flag remains in effect until the student requests in writing that it be removed.
- - The SPRO screen must be checked for the directory information flag prior to releasing any directory information.
