Institutional Policy & Notification Requirements

  • As of November 21, 1996, an institution is no longer required to have a written institutional policy.
  • The benefit of having a policy is that we have guidelines to follow.
  • N.W.C.C.D. has a written policy in the N.W.C.C.D. Policy & Procedures Manual, Series 5035.1
  • N.W.C.C.D. notifies students of their rights under FERPA in the Schedule of Classes on the Web.
