PLANNING SYSTEMS INTEGRATION
Dr. Paul Young will lead the action project team in developing an integrated system to 1) integrate strategic planning, campus master planning, and financial planning, 2) ensure regular monitoring of integrated planning, and 3) create a central site where planning documents are filed and accessible to senior managers.
