Health Science

If you have always wanted to work in the Health Science field but are unsure of which profession you want to pursue, this degree option is for you.

Sheridan College’s newly developed Associate Science Degree in Health Science is designed for those who wish to find employment in the field of health care upon completion of the program, or who wish to transfer to pursue a bachelor’s degree. This is also a good choice for students completing their general education requirements awaiting admission into the Dental Hygiene, Nursing or Pharmacy Technology programs.

Students seeking acceptance into one of our limited enrollment health science programs can extend their financial aid eligibility by utilizing this degree program. In the best cases, students will be accepted into the limited enrollment program of their choice and will complete both degree programs. However, students who are not accepted to the program of their choice will still have the opportunity to use the A.S. in Health Science to transfer to the University of Wyoming or another four-year college or university.
