ETSS
ETSS is designed specifically to assist men and women who are single parents or displaced homemakers and single pregnant women in receiving career and technical education job skills necessary to make them competitive in the job market. Emphasis is placed on those career choices that pay above poverty level wages and lead to financial independence. Services provided by this program include orientation, educational advising, career advising and testing, advocacy, referral seminars, workshops, newsletters, peer support, and financial assistance.
