The Wyoming Culinary Institute (WCI), Sheridan College’s student-run restaurant and in the SC Culinary program, will be open for lunch starting June 5th, Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., through July 28. The program is part of the Culinary Arts program’ Practicum IV class, which fosters on-the-job learning and training.

“Being open for the summer session allows our students to have a real-world work environment and experience,” said Chef R.J. Rogers, one of the Culinary Arts program instructors. “It is also part of our learning curriculum. All those signed up for the summer session are enrolled in Practicum IV to help advance their knowledge and understanding of the industry.”

For more information on the WCI, please contact Chef R.J. Rogers at (307) 674-6446 ext. 3551 or rrogers@sheridan.edu. You can also get the latest updates on menu or hours changes on the WCI Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/WyomingCulinaryInstitute/.
