The service is ideal for simple questions that require brief answers. Replies will be sent as text messages. 

If a text question requires a longer response, individuals will be asked to supply an email address or phone number.  For in-depth questions, the Ask a Librarian e-mail reference service should be used.  Questions may also be directed to Sheridan at 307-674-6446 x2500 or Gillette at 307-686-0254 x1453 during library hours.
