Mr. McGuire manages the academic offerings for Business Education at Gillette College and teaches classes especially about international business, entrepreneurship and management. Previously, he worked for 10 years on Wall Street for The Bank of New York and the Chase Manhattan Bank, primarily in fixed income capital markets, and managed a $350 million money market trust fund. From 1993 to 2007, he worked in Russia during the changes taking place from Communism to the current modified Capitalism. There, he directed a venture fund and created a company selling the first American-style modular housing. He has a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. and a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University, Bloomington, with overseas study at Leningrad State University (St. Petersburg), Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan, and in Barcelona, Spain.
