Jeff Jones spent 20 years in K-12 Education as a teacher, school counselor, and principal. He has been a full-time faculty member in the Education Department since 2013. As a school counselor, he authored A Common Sense Guide to Character Education and was honored as the Idaho School Counselor of the Year.

During his years as a school principal, Jeff developed a reputation as a transformational leader with a dynamic skill set. Jeff’s experiences transforming school cultures have made him a sought after consultant, having worked with schools from across the nation. His passion for public education and his creative presentations have also made him a popular speaker at numerous state and national conferences.
