How can a student request that their information be withheld?

  • - Students¬†have an opportunity to make a directory preference designation on paper registration forms or may do so at any time by contacting the Records Office on¬†campus.¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†

Request to Prevent Disclosure of Directory  Information

  • - The directory flag is set within the SPRO screen of Colleague.¬†¬†We cannot be responsible for any information released¬†prior to the notification¬†to the Record‚Äôs Office by the student.
  • - The directory flag remains in effect until the student requests in writing that it be removed.
  • - The SPRO screen must be checked for the directory information flag prior to releasing any directory information.¬†
