DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT COMPREHENSIVE ONE-STOP CLIENT SERVICES
The goal of this project is to develop a one-stop service center with high quality, convenient, accessible and personalized services, thus minimizing the “routing” of students and alleviate service frustrations. The one-stop concept will also provide escalated support for clients requiring higher-level service and/or consultant expertise.
